Welcome and purpose

Welcome to this innovative project. Whether you are a qualified coach or seasoned academic, I hope you’ll find enjoyment in collaborating to help collectively enhance the Robust Coaching Model exciting. Individuals may participate by simply reading the context or you are encouraged to interact in a number of ways:

The purpose of the project is to further evolve the robust coaching model which I developed during my M Phil (Management Coaching) at the Stellenbosch Business School where I graduated in 2017. I have used and tested it extensively over the last 2 years while coaching executive clients. I’m still in an exploratory stage but hope that this will form part of my PhD research where I’m looking at using the model as the framework for coaching leaders in global organisations.


Robust Coaching Model

Later I’ll be asking ten coaches to volunteer to each coach an executive from a global organization using the eight-stage coaching model. They’ll be trained in the full use of the evolving model and again collaborate on their experiences at each of the coaching programme, enabling us to evolve the model and make it more robust.
